1. Strict Enterprise Confidentiality
All texts, scholarly manuscripts, campaign creatives, organizational policies, and multimedia files submitted to KathaNE are treated as confidential intellectual property. We provide customized bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request prior to project ingestion.
2. Zero Public Model Training Guarantee
We strictly enforce an absolute Zero Training Guarantee. Your source files, localized translations, and proprietary terminology glossaries are never fed into public machine translation engines, commercial large language models, or third-party datasets.
3. Data Collection & Retention Policy
We collect only the data necessary to evaluate your project scope and deliver localization services (Name, Work Email, Organization, Scope volume, and Context notes). Project files and metadata are securely archived during the project and permanently purged following the agreed retention window.
4. Spam Protection & Security Headers
Our quote intake uses Cloudflare Turnstile for automated abuse mitigation. Turnstile verifies visitor legitimacy without tracking cross-site user identities or setting invasive third-party tracking cookies.
