1. Scope of Work & Quotation
All translation and localization projects are executed based on a signed project schedule outlining source word count, target language(s), turnaround priority, deliverable formats, and discipline-specific specifications. Any alterations to source texts after project commencement may adjust timeline and billing schedules.
2. 14-Day Revision Assurance
KathaNE provides a complimentary 14-day revision period from the date of final deliverable submission. If any linguistic nuance, formatting irregularity, or glossary alignment requires fine-tuning, our senior editorial team will implement revisions at zero additional charge.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon settlement of agreed invoice fees, all copyright and intellectual property rights in the translated and localized deliverables transfer entirely and exclusively to the client.
4. Ethical AI & Native Human Responsibility
While AI tools may be employed to facilitate terminology research and draft velocity, KathaNE warrants that all delivered text undergoes rigorous review and final sign-off by qualified native speakers of the specified Northeast language.
